On October 31 at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Elinar Vardanyan and Gagik Minasyan the financing of the staff of the Human Rights Defender designed in the draft law “On the RA 2014 State Budget” was debated.

The RA First Deputy of Finance Pavel Safaryan submitted for the deputies’ debate the volumes of the financial means, and the RA Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan touched upon the needs of the sphere.

At the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, which were moderating Naira Zohrabyan and Gagik Minasyan, the financial allocations and designed programmes regarding the European Integration issues included in the draft law “On the RA 2014 State Budget” were debated.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance introduced the financial allocations of the sphere.

Besides the financial allocations the European Union will allocate a series of grants.

The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan submitted to the deputies’ debate the designed programmes in the spheres for 2014.

On the same day the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Artak Zakaryan and Gagik Minasyan, where t he RA First Deputy of Finance submitted for the deputies’ debate the financing of the Foreign Ministry designed by the RA draft law “On the RA 2014 State Budget.”

The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan presented the programmes of 2014, which the Foreign Ministry would implement. According to the Deputy Foreign Minister, the Republic of Armenia will consistently carry on its active cooperation with the international organizations. According to Shavarsh Kocharyan, ahead of the 100^th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide the year 2014 will be loaded by the implementation of additional works. The Deputy Foreign Minister has noted that additional work is expected in relation with the submission of the application for the membership of Armenia to the Customs Union.
