Delivering а speech on behalf of the NA My Step Faction, Lilit Makunts noted: “After a while we’ll vote in parliament, as a result of which the National Assembly will be dissolved by force of law and snap parliamentary elections will be held in June. Of course, the parliament will continue its activities, but I think on behalf of the faction it’s an occasion to thank the parliamentary opposition, despite the fact that in the issues of different contents we have had disagreements. And the most important thing is, thanks to the RA citizens, because during this period where it is needed, you have criticized, where is it needed, you have backed us, where we have mistaken, you have tried to correct our mistakes. Yes, we have been mistaken and we have failed in some cases, as all authorities. And today, we are returning the power belonging to you.”
Makunts has informed that the Faction will vote abstained in electing the Prime Minister to make possible the holding of the snap parliamentary elections in June.
