On October 25 the National Assembly continued the work of the four-day sittings and by voting accepted the bills debated on the previous day.
Then the deputies continued to debate the package of bills proposing amendments “On Amending the RA Law on Accumulate Pensions” and to a number of laws, the debate of which had been interrupted on the previous day.
Presenting the view of the ANC faction Levon Zurabyan said that they would vote against the package of bills.
The co-speaker, the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs Hakob Hakobyan said that the three draft laws: “On Amending the Law on Income Tax”, “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty” and “On Amending the Labor Code” had been increased in the package of draft laws.
The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan submitted to the parliament for debate in the first reading procedure the package of amendments being proposed to the law “On Amending the RA Law on Gambling Games and Casinos and Recognizing Invalid the RA-54-N Law of April 27, 2010 of the Republic of Armenia”.
Presenting the endorsement of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs the Deputy Chairman of the Committee Mikayel Melkumyan called on the MPs to vote for the package of bills.
Then in the first reading procedure the deputies debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on the Citizens Who Did Not Pass Compulsory Military Service by the Violation of the Established Order”.
Afterwards the parliament debated the RA draft law “On Amending the RA Law On Organization and Conducting Check-Ups in the Republic of Armenia”, which presented the author, the MP Hakob Hakobyan.
The National Assembly also debated the package of the RA draft laws “On Amending the RA Law on Tourism And Tourism Activity” and “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty”.
The deputies addressed question to the speaker on perspectives of the development of the sphere of tourism in Armenia.
On October 25 the National Assembly ended the works of the four-day sittings with the debate of the issue.
