On September 17 at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan the bill on amending the RA law “On Veterans of the Great Patriotic War” authored by the Government was debated.
The Committee also debated the draft law on amending the RA law “On Minimum Monthly wage.”
The deputies also debated the draft law “On Amending the RA law on the Repressed Persons.”
The Minister of Finance presented the packages of the draft laws on Amending the RA Electoral Code”, “On Amending the RA Judicial Code” and the adjunct draft laws at the sitting.
The draft law “On Amending the RA law on Prosecutor’s Office” was debated in the first reading.
The draft laws were endorsed to be included in the draft laws of the second session of the fifth convocation of the National Assembly and October 22-25 four-day sittings.
The draft law “On State Pensions,” which put into circulation by the ARF deputies Aghvan Vardanyan, Vahan Hovhannisyan, Artsvik Minasyan and Armen Babayan was debated in the first reading.
The draft law received negative conclusion.
The MPs debated the packages of laws “On Amending the RA law on Accumulate Pensions,” “On Amending the RA law on Income Tax,” “On Amending the RA Law on Income Tax and Personified Accounting of Compulsory Accumulate Payment,” “On Amending the RA law on Value Added Tax,” “On Securities market,” “On Banks and Banking Activity,” “On Investment Funds,” “On Guaranteeing the Compensation of the Physical Entities’ bank deposits,” “On Limited Liability Companies,” “On Amending the RA Civil Code,” “On Company names,” “On State Registration of the Rights towards the Property,” “On Amending the RA Law on Profit Tax.”
The draft laws were endorsed for including in the upcoming four-day sittings.
