On November 26 the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan debated and endorsed the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Civil Special Service” submitted for the second reading.

The Committee also debated the bill “On Amending the RA Law on the Citizens Who Have Not Passed the Compulsory Military Service by the Violation of the Established Order,” which submitted the RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan.

The Committee endorsed the bill to be included in the agendas of the session and the four-day sittings.

Other items relating to the upcoming working activity of the Committee were also debated.

The NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan debated the treaty “On the Development of the Military-Technical Cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation” signed in Yerevan on June 25, 2013, which submitted the RA Deputy Minister Ara Nazaryan.

On the same day the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan was held.

The Chairman of the Control Chamber (CC) Ishkhan Zakaryan submitted for the evaluation of the committee the annual activity programme of the Control Chamber for 2014. The Committee endorsed the CC programme to be included in the upcoming four-day sittings.

During the sitting the RA Minister of Finance Davit Sargsyan and the RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan gave information on the procedure of the RA state budget execution for nine months of 2013.

The Committee made a decision to hold parliamentary hearings on the RA laws “On Accounting” and “On Accounting of the Organizations of the Public Sector” in the NA hall 334 on November 28, at 11a.m.
