At the Sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs

On November 27 at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Approval of List of Goods Imported by Organization and Private Entrepreneurs, that Have '0' Customs Duty Rate and are Not Subject to Excise Taxation and for Which Value Added Tax Shall Not be Calculated and Collected by Customs Authorities,” which presented the Head of the General Department of the Civil Aviation adjunct to the RA Government Artyom Movsisyan.

The Committee debated the package of bills proposing amendments to the law “On Automobile Transport” and to a number of laws, which introduced the Director of the National Center for Streamlined Legislation Armen Yeghiazaryan and the package of bills proposing amendments to the law “On Amending the Code of the RA on Administrative Infringements” and to a number of laws.

The Committee endorsed the debated bills to be included in the agendas of the session and four-day sittings.

The Committee debated and also endorsed the bills “On Amending the RA Law on Profit Tax,” “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty,” and “On Amending the RA law Recognizing Invalid the HO-55-N of 27 April 2010 on State Duty.”

The debate of the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Approval of List of Goods Imported by Organization and Private Entrepreneurs, that Have '0' Customs Duty Rate and are Not Subject to Excise Taxation and for Which Value Added Tax Shall Not be Calculated and Collected by Customs Authorities” was postponed.
