On November 13 within the framework of the Open Lesson programme the National Assembly hosted the pupils of the school of the frontier Vazashen village of Tavush marz. The Head of Vazashen village and the teacher of mathematics were accompanying the children. At the NA Session Hall the pupils got familiarized with the work of the four-day session.
Welcoming the pupils the Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Artak Davtyan introduced the pupils the structure, the main functions of the parliament, told them about the work of the NA Standing Committees and the deputies’ activities.
The Head of Vazashen village Lorik Badiryan and the teacher of mathematics Zina Aghajanyan presented the problems of the frontier community and school. The children talked about the issues concerning them and which were relating to the frontier villages, rural schools and educational programmes.
