On December 3 the sittings of the NA standing committees were held.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs presided over by Aram Safaryan debated draft law package on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA law On Human Rights Defender, On Making Addendum in RA Judicial Code and On Making Addendum to RA law On State Governmental Institutions and endorsed it for including it in the agenda of the NA upcoming four-day sittings.

The sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs was held presided over by Gagik Minasyan. Two issues were included in the agenda of the sitting.

The proposal of the government on Making Amendments and Addenda to the laws On RA Civil Code, on Bankruptcy, On Bankruptcy of the Banks, Credit Organizations, Investment Companies and Insurance Companies, Securities’ Market and On Insurance and Insurance Activity was endorsed for debating in the second reading.

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs presided over by Hrayr Karapetyan the package of the bills on Making Addenda and Amendments to RA Law on Police, on Making Addenda and Amendments to RA Law on Police Troops was debated.

The package of the bills on Making Addendum to RA Law on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law on Police Service, on Making Addendum and Amendments to RA Law on the Civil Employees’ Payment was debated.

The Committee also debated the bill On Amending the RA Law on the Citizens, Who Passed Compulsory Service by the Violation of the Fixed Order.

The debated three bills were endorsed to be included in the agenda of the upcoming four-day sittings.

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs , which presided over by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee Artyush Shahbazyan, the package of the draft laws on making Addendum and Amendments to RA Law on Order of Glory, RA State Awards and Amending the RA Law on the Order of Honour.

The draft laws on Making Amendments and addenda to RA Law on Community Service, on Making Amendments and Addenda in RA Criminal Code and the legislative packages envisaging addenda and amendment to RA Law on Civil Employees’ Payment, on Amending the RA Law on Civil Service and on Making Amendments and Addenda in RA Civil Code and in a number of laws adjoining to it.

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs presided over by Vardan Bostanjyan the RA Code on Bowels was debated.

The Committee debated and endorsed the legislative package submitted for the second reading on Making Amendment and Addendum to RA Law on Taxes, on Making Amendments to RA Law on Compulsory Social Security Payment, on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law on Tax Accounting of the Organizations and Physical Persons, on Making Amendment and Addendum to RA Law on Value Added Tax, on Amending the RA Law on Profit Tax, the bills on Amending the RA Law on State Duty, on Amending the RA Law on Energy Saving and Restoring Energy.

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly on Agriculture and Environment presided over Khachik Harutyunyan at December 3 sitting debated two agenda issues and with endorsement guaranteed to include in the session and in the agendas of the upcoming four-day sittings.
