During debating in the first reading the draft law on Making Amendment and Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Offences, the Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Babken Tunyan touched upon the dissatisfactions sounding sometimes by the entities regarding the strictures of the regulations. “If the regulations of the law are not strict, and there is no decent control, then in the end all of us will pay more expensive for it. If the road gets bad making that road will be at the expense of the taxes paid by everybody,” he clarified, considering purposeful the use of the preventive means.
The purpose of the draft is ensuring justice and decreasing the damage causing to the roads.
On October 19, the Committee endorsed the debated draft. It will be included in the draft of the current session agenda.
