By the resolution of the UN General Assembly on December 3 the International Day of the Disabled Persons is marked. It’s a special appeal to the public in order to draw attention of the members of the society and their problems, who having limited possibilities need more caring attitude. Attention and love can be much more useful than medicine and any support, and we shall give all this to them.
We shall try at least in some way compensate with such attitude the limitations fallen to those people by the will of destiny in order none of them would be alienated from the environment.
Within the format of today’s opportunities the state strives to find solutions for the problems of the disabled persons, which, perhaps, are not fully sufficient but I am sure that those opportunities tomorrow will be bigger. The problems of the disabled persons are at the center of the attention of the parliament and personally at the center of my attention. In the National Assembly numerous events are organized for the disabled persons, where they are the most active participants.
Instead of having sympathy formed towards the disabled persons, they shall be perceived as full members of the society and create equal opportunities in order they would be integrated into the society, and they would feel they are not ignored and forgotten.
We are obliged to help them to find their place in the society.
