At February 5 extraordinary sitting moderated by Khosrov Harutyunyan the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated the RA draft law on Temporary Preventing the Import of the Transport Means by Dislocation of Right-Hand Traffic, which presented to the Committee members the key speaker, the RA First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication, and Information Technologies Gagik Grigoryan.

The Committee also debated the RA draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Games by Chance, Games with Internet win and Casinos which was proposed to present with the endorsement in the second reading in the draft law of the RA NA regular sittings.

The RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights moderated by Hrayr Tovmasyan debated the RA draft law on Pardon in the first reading which presented the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Suren Krmoyan.

The Deputy Chairman of the Committee Rustam Makhmudyan proposed his colleagues to vote for it.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented for debate the draft law on Public Council.

The RA NA Vice President Arpine Hovhannisyan and the Committee Chair Hrayr Tovmasyan presented recommendations to be considered during the period from the first to the second reading.

The MPs Rustam Makhmudyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Gevorg Petrosyan, Hrayr Tovmasyan the NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan expressed their views on the draft law.

The two draft laws were endorsed by the Committee. The Committee made a decision to propose to the National Assembly for debate of the draft laws up to two hours.

The RA draft law on the Formation and Activities of the Security Council, presented by the RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan, were debated.

The draft law was endorsed, and the Committee will propose to the National Assembly provide up to 90 minutes for debate of the draft laws.

The RA Civil Procedure Code, the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA law on State Duty and the legislative package enclosed to it were debated in the second reading and also endorsed by the Committee.
