At the Sitting of the NA Standing Committee
On November 24 the RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs moderated by Elinar Vardanyan in the second reading debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Parties,” which presented the NA deputy Hayk Babukhanyan.
