On November 3 at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on Health Care, Maternity and Childhood and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Ara Babloyan and the Deputy Chairman of the Committee Artsvik Minasyan the financial means to be allocated to the sphere of health care designed by the RA draft law “On the RA State Budget for 2015” were debated.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan informed the attendees about the allocations and expenditures to the spheres.

The RA Minister of Health Armen Muradyan informed the participants about the planned allocations of the Ministry for 2015.

On the same day at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Artak Davtyan and Artsvik Minasyan the financial means to be allocated to the sphere of science, education, culture, Diaspora, sport, youth and information designed in the draft law “On the RA State Budget for 2015.”

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance presented the volumes of the financial means being allocated to the mentioned spheres, the heads of the spheres presented the programmes to implemented in 2015 in their spheres and highlighted the fulfillment of the new programmes.

The RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan informed those present that the expenditures in the sphere of education had increased, and the number of the pupils also had increased in the general education school.

The RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan has noted that the programmes designed for 2015 will stem from Motherlnad-Diaspora Forum and the events dedicated to the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide. She has distinguished the works being done and financial expenditures in the integration of the Syrian Armenians and Iraqi Armenians in Armenia.

The RA Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan has distinguished the key programmes on which the Ministry will work in 2015.

At the end of the joint sitting those responsible for certain spheres, the RA Minister of Education and Science, the RA Minister of Diaspora, the RA Minister of Culture, the RA Minister of Sport and Youth Gabriel Ghazaryan, the Chairman of the RA Television and Radio National Commission Gagik Buniatyan and the Chairman of the RA Television and Radio Comapny Council Ruben Jaghinyan, answered the deputies’ questions.
