On September 6 the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan debated the agreement “On establishment of Commonwealth states’ air defense duty in case of plane hijacking,” signed in Dushanbe on September 3, 2011, which presented the RA Deputy Defense Minister Ara Nazaryan.

Ara Nazaryan also presented the agreement “On Eternalizing the Memory of Courage and Heroism of the Peoples of the Commonwealth Independent Member States in 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War” signed in Dushanbe on September 3, 2011.

The RA Deputy Minister of Health Care Sergey Khachatryan presented the agreement “On Creation of Compatible National TV Medical Systems of the Commonwealth Independent State Members and Cooperation in Their Further Development and Use.”

The Committee also debated the treaty “On Free Trade Zone” signed in Saint Petersburg on October 18, 2011, which presented the RA Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan.

Tigran Davtayn also presented the multilateral agreement “On Creating International Research Centre for Developing Landlocked Countries ” signed in New York on September 24, 2010.

The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan presented the protocol “On Deploying Entities of the Military Sub-structure on the Territories of Collective Security Treaty Organization Member States” signed in Moscow on December 20, 2011.

The First Deputy of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee adjunct to RA Government Armen Alaverdyan presented the international convention “Simplifying and Harmonizing of Customs Procedures” signed in Kioto on May 18, 1973.

The Deputy Head of the RA Police Hovhannes Hunanyan presented the agreement “On Cooperation over the Creation of State Information Systems and Their Development and Use of New Generation Passport Visa Documents in Commonwealth Independent Member States” signed on November 14, 2008.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Suren Karayan presented the protocol “On Amending the Agreement of December 28, 1996 and the Protocol Attached to it on Eliminating the Double Taxation of the Incomes and the Property between the RA Government and the Russian Federation Government” signed in Moscow on October 24, 2011.

The Head of the Chief Department of the Civil Aviation Adjunct to the RA Government Atryom Movsesyan presented the agreement “On Air Communications between the RA Government and the State of Kuait Government” signed in Yerevan on October 5, 2011.

The deputies also debated the amendment to the Convention “On Physical Defense of the Nuclear Substance” signed on July 8, 2005.

The debated agreements will be submitted with endorsement to the debates and ratification of the parliament.
