On December 14 RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary session and passed by voting the three bills from the four, which were debated on the previous day, with enclosed legislative packages. The debate of the other bill will be organized at the NA next sittings.

Later the RA Deputy Finance Minister Suren Karayan submitted to the parliament for the debate in the first reading the draft law On Making Amendment and Addenda to RA Law On Taxes and On Making Amendment and Addenda to RA Law on Value Added Tax.

The RA Deputy Head of Police adjunct to RA Government Artur Osikyan submitted for debate in the first reading the package of the bills On Making Addenda and Amendments to RA Law On Police and On Making Addenda and Amendments to RA Law On Police Troops.

Mr Osikyan answered the deputies numerous questions.

Afterwards the RA Deputy Head of Police adjunct to RA Government submitted fro the debate in the first reading the package of the draft laws On Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law On Police Service and On the Payment of the Civil Servants.

The RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan submitted for the debate in the first reading the draft law On Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law On the State Settlement of the Technical Security Provision.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Araik Petrosyan submitted for the debate in the first reading the draft law On the Social Protection in Case of the Population’s Employment and Unemployment.

At the last hour of the sitting the parliament began to debate in the first reading the draft law On Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law On Protection of Economic Competitiveness with enclosed package. The bills were drafted by the experts of the World Bank and UN.

The debate of the package of the draft laws will continue at NA December 15 sitting.
