On October 22 RA NA Chief of Staff Mr. Gegham Gharibjanyan and Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Mr. Vardan Ayvazyan received the delegation led by Head of City Duma of Sochi Mr. Valery Podpovetny.

During the meeting the sides touched upon the friendly relations of two peoples, the procedure of organization of Sochi-2014 Olympic Games, PanArmenian Expo-2009 traditional exhibition, which will be held from October 23-25, the role of the Armneian community in the political, public and cultural life of Sochi.

At the meeting the interlocutors emphasized the expansion of cooperation between Yerevan and Sochi. The sides discussed issues regarding the spheres of trade and industry, construction, economy and other spheres.
