At March 2 extraordinary sitting, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Protection of Economic Competition authored by the Government.
As a result of the application of the law adopted in 2021, a number of technical errors were registered. Therefore, it is necessary to correct them. The Chairman of the Competition Protection Commission Gegham Gevorgyan informed that no proposal on the draft law was submitted in the period from the first to the second reading.
The RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Ara Nazaryan submitted in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on State Regulation of Ensuring Technical Safety to the Committee members for debate.
