At October 19 regular sitting, the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport in the first reading debated the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Military Service and the Serviceman’s Status.

The RA Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Karen Trchunyan informed that it was proposed to make an addendum to Article 67 of the law.

In the event of its adoption, the law will enter into force on the tenth day following the official publication and will be spread on the legal relations arisen until the adoption of this law.

The Committee endorsed the draft law, and it will be included in the draft law of the NA Session agenda.
