At September 17 parliamentary briefings, the Secretary of the RA NA With Honor Faction Hayk Mamijanyan, answering to the journalist’s question on the works to be done by parliament in the demarcation and delimitation processes, noted: “As a legislative body of the parliamentary country the National Assembly cannot and should not appear in the margin through negotiation process.” According to the deputy, the countries can reach the phase of demarcation and delimitation only in case, when they don’t have any problem with each other.
