The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan met with the President of the National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic Artur Tovmasyan.

The interlocutors highlighted the restarting of the peaceful negotiations within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to ensure the principles of the nations’ self-determination and non-use of the force.

The sides have opined that in Armenia and in Artsakh it is necessary to ensure inner stability and to concentrate the whole attention for the return of the prisoners of war and for the solution of the Artsakh Armenians’ social problems.
