On October 28, the parliament continued the work of the extraordinary sitting.

The RA National Assembly debated in the second reading the package of the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA law on Defense authored by the Government.

As the key rapporteur, the RA Deputy Minister of Defense Gabriel Balayan informed, proposals were not submitted during the period from the first to the second reading.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Andranik Kocharyan informed that the legislative package was endorsed by the Committee.

The parliament in the second reading also debated the draft law on Amending the RA Criminal Code.

Gabriel Balayan noted proposals in written form were not received during the period from the first to the second reading.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Sergey Atomyan noted that after the working discussion the draft law was endorsed by the Committees.
