On October 18, the bill on Making Addendum to the RA Law on Education authored by the RA NA Vice President Vahe Enfiajyan was debated at the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport moderated by Mkhitar Hayrapetyan.

According to Vahe Enfiajyan, the financial encouragement is also of essential significance in education process.

The RA Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Arevik Anapiosyan presented the negative position.

A decision was made to create a Working Group in the Sub-Committee on Culture, Sport, Diaspora, Compatriotism and Youth adjunct to the Standing Committee, which would be engaged with the various cultural events relating to the problems of ticket sale, trying to solve them by law.
