On October 17, a joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Mane Tandilyan and Varazdat Karapetyan was held.

The representative of the RA Audit Chamber Karen Arustamyan has presented to the RA Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources the study of the current conclusion of the Audit Chamber on the results of the implemented audit towards the use of the means from the state budget, the provision of the entries and the state property management which includes the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 September 2018.

The RA Deputy Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources Hakob Vardanyan presented clarifications on the discrepancies revealed as a result of check-ups of the Audit Chamber.

The Member of the RA Audit Chamber Davit Chibukhchyan presented to the Committee members the study of the current conclusion of the Audit Chamber on the results of the implemented audit towards the financial-economic activity carried out by the State Committee for Water Economy of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources.

The Chairman of the Water Committee of the RA Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Vardan Melkonyan presented clarifications on the violations recorded by the Audit Chamber.

The speakers also answered the MPs’ numerous questions.
