On June 11, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Narek Zeynalyan and Mane Tandilyan the Annual Report on the Execution of the RA State Budget for 2018 was debated, which related to the implementation of the designed programmes in the health care and social spheres and their financing.

The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan touched upon the financial allocations, and those responsible talked about the programme of the spheres, in some cases considered necessary the implementation of the legislative reforms.

The RA Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan informed about the maintenance expenditures of the Ministry in the financial year.

In their interpellations the deputies touched upon the citizens’ problems and the recorded shortcomings.

The Committee Chair Narek Zeynalyan was interested in the financial allocations to hospitals and referred to the works additionally done by Nork-Marash Medical Centre.

The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Smbat Saiyan presented for the deputies’ debate the allocations of the spheres.

The MPs voiced the issues concerning the citizens, touched upon the problems demanding legislative solution and were interested in the works implemented in the employment sphere.

Summing up the debates on different spheres the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs Narek Zeynalyan positively assessed the executive paper of the state budget for 2018 and the work of the ministries. He expressed hope that executive paper of the state budget for 2019 will be more appreciated in terms of budgetary programming and execution.
