On March 13, under the Article 100 of the RA Constitution and the Article 41 of the RA Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the parliament convened an extraordinary sitting and two draft laws were included in the agenda.

The RA Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Hakob Arshakyan presented for debate the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Banning the Import of the Transport Means with Right Hand Drive.

During the exchange of thoughts it was proposed to extend the import term by one year, which was not admissible for the author.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Babken Tunyan presented the endorsement.

Afterwards the parliament in the first reading debated the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Public Service presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Suren Krmoyan.

The Committee Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The parliament passed the draft laws in the first reading.

According to the decision made by the National Assembly, the debate of the draft laws in the second reading will be held on March 14, at 11:00.
