On November 5 the Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Artak Davtyan met with the lecturers and students of Yerevan State Financial-Economic College.
Welcoming the attendees, the Committee Chairman presented the activity, the structure of the parliament and the work of the standing committees to the students.

The future financiers addressed to the Committee Chairman the questions concerning them, which mainly related to the rise of the scholarships and lecturers’ salaries in the higher educational institutions, the legislative initiative regarding the compulsory 12-year education passed in the first reading in the parliament, as well as the possible reforms in the RA educational system after joining the Eurasian Union.
At the end of the meeting Artak Davtyan urged the students to study well and become highly qualified specialists for the state.
