NA Standing Committees Continue Debates of State Budget for 2023: About 14.5 Billion AMD to be Allocated to High-Tech Technology

In 2023, 14.5 billion AMD will be allocated to the Ministry, including the administration apparatus maintenance expenditures. The means to be allocated will be directed to the implementation of a number of programmes. The RA Minister of the Hi-Tech Industry Robert Khachatryan said about this during the debate of the preliminary programmes and the financial allocations of the RA Ministry of Hi-Tech Industry stipulated by the draft law on the RA State Budget for 2023.

According to the Minister, 3 billion 659 million 6000 AMD was designed to allocate in 2023 on the project The development of the ecosystem, digitalization and market of the Hi-Tech Industry.

The aim of the project is the improvement of high-tech infrastructure. In particular, targeted training of the human resources will be carried out, taking into consideration the abrupt development of the market and the growth of the market demand towards the human resources.

State support will be provided to the commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs carrying out the activities in the IT sphere.

2.585.1 million AMD was designed to allocate on the programme providing telecommunication in 2023. The goal is to ensure the quality regulation and the improvement of the telecommunication and communication services.

Within the framework of the programme 92 percent cleanness provision of the radio frequency range, quality regulation and the improvement of the telecommunication and communication services is envisaged.

Within the framework of the higher educational institution-private sector cooperation 2000 specialists will be trained, within the framework of the monetary grant programme grants will be provided to 30 organizations, one acceleration programme will be carried out for 30 beneficiary teams and 150 participants, one measure for the involvement of the talent formation and global talent will be implemented and about 15 training courses will be carried out abroad.

The Minister also answered the MPs’ question, which referred to the problems of the sphere.
