Within the framework of the programme 92 percent cleanness provision of the radio frequency range, quality regulation and the improvement of the telecommunication and communication services is envisaged.
Within the framework of the higher educational institution-private sector cooperation 2000 specialists will be trained, within the framework of the monetary grant programme grants will be provided to 30 organizations, one acceleration programme will be carried out for 30 beneficiary teams and 150 participants, one measure for the involvement of the talent formation and global talent will be implemented and about 15 training courses will be carried out abroad.
