Statement on Nomination of Candidates for Judges of Criminal Chamber of Court of Cassation

In accordance with Article 166.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143.2 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Supreme Judicial Council nominated for one of the vacant seats of the judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation the candidacies of Mesrop Makyan, Anna Margaryan and Arsen Nikoghosyan, and for the judge’s other vacant seat the candidacies of Lusine Abgaryan, Sergey Marabyan and Rubik Mkhitaryan,” the statement signed by the RA NA Vice President, the NA Acting President Hakob Arshakyan reads.
