On December 23 the closed door sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations was held, 
presided over Armen Roustamyan, Chairman of the Committee.
Sergе Sargsyan, Minister of Defense submitted the deputies the Memorandum of Understanding “Command Arrangements and Related Matters for the Multinational Division (Central South) (MND
C-S) within the Stabilization Force in Iraq.
The memorandum with an endorsement will be submitted at December 24 NA Extraordinary Session to be ratified.
