On June 4 at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan the annual report “On the State Budget Execution for 2014” was summed up.

The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Emil Tarasyan presented the agreement On the Encouragement of the Investments and Mutual Defense between the RA Government and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan signed in Amman on 29 October 2014.

The Deputy Director of the Security Service adjunct to the RA Government Arzuman Harutyunyan introduced the Council of Europe Convention (with enclosed objection) on the Prevention of Terrorism signed in Warsaw on 16 May 2005.

The considered international agreements with the endorsement will be submitted for the ratification of the parliament.

By the decision of the Committee the debate of the bill authored by the NA deputy Zaruhi Postanjyan was held behind closed doors. As a result of debate the author removed the bill from circulation to submit it in the elaborated version.

On the same day the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan approved the annual report “On the RA State Budget Execution for 2014” with endorsement.

By the proposal of the author, the NA deputy Hrant Bagratyan, the consideration of the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Budgetary System” was postponed up to one year.

At the sitting The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan presented information to the deputies on the procedure of the state budget execution for the first quarter of 2015.

In their speeches the Committee members deemed important and necessary the conduct of the debates on the procedure of the state budget execution with the mentioned sequence.

According to the NA deputy Sukias Avetisyan, the Committee studied the two current reports of the RA Control Chamber. As a result, the Committee made a decision to resume the study on the second report at the next sitting to define the expediency of organizing the further debate.
