On June 1 the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Management and Local Self-Government moderated by Stepan Margaryan in the first reading debated the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Land Tax,” “On Amending the RA Law on Property Tax,” “On Organizing and Conducting Audits in the Republic of Armenia ” “On Amending the RA Law on Police Service,” “On Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan.”

The key speaker, the RA First Deputy Minister of the Territorial Management and Emergency Situations Vache Terteryan has noted that with this package it is proposed to bring the laws included in it and the names of the state government bodies into compliance with the amendments made to the RA Law “On the Structure of the RA Government.”

The Committee endorsed the debated package for including it in the draft laws of the agendas of the NA session and four-day sittings.

At the next sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs the deputies summed up the annual report “On the RA State Budget Execution for 2014” in the spheres of emergency situations, police and national security service.
