On October 13 the RA NA President Galust Sahakyan took part in the second international scientific-practical conference “Traditional and Innovative Solutions to the Problems of Executive Proceedings” organized by the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (JACES) of Armenia.

The RA NA President Galust Sahakyan has delivered a welcoming speech, noting that the JACES in its essence is not only a structure assisting the execution of justice, but also providing and guaranteeing its execution, and its effective work is conditioned by the regular activity of the judicial system and the service of justice to the citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Armenia.

The Head of the legislative body has considered characteristic the fact that without the JACES it is not possible to provide neither the exercise of the right of judicial protection, nor the right of fair judicial examination, and its important component is the timely and exact enforcement of judicial acts. To his conviction, the Service, being one of the youngest structures of the RA state system, is the more established one. He has expressed hope that the JACES will continue all the necessary and possible works directed to the further establishment of the Service corresponding with the requirements of the legal state in the Republic of Armenia.

During the conference the RA Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Mihran Poghosyan thanked the RA NA President Galust Sahakyan and handed him a special souvenir, the symbol of the conference.
