On June 7 the NA Standing committees convened sittings.

The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan debated the bill “On Providing Tax and Customs Privileges within the Framework of the Programme Dilijan International School,” which presented the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Suren Karayan.

The Committee also debated and endorsed the in the second reading the bill “On Defining Privileges of Tax and Customs Payments towards the Construction Works of the Section Passing Through the Territory of the Republic of Armenia, Iran-Armenia 400kw Air Line.”

By the NA Deputy Hrant Bagratyan the debate of the bill “On Amending the RA Law on the Payments of the Ecology and the Use of Nature” was postponed.

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Obligatory Insurance of Responsibility Stemming from the Use of Transport Means” and “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements.”

The Committee debated and made a decision to hold parliamentary hearings on June 28 on the theme “The Transparency in the Sphere of Defense Administration.”

The Committee endorsed the annual report of the execution of the RA State Budget for 2012.

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Agriculture and Environment moderated by Martun Grigoryan the debates of the report of the execution of the RA State Budget for 2012 concerning the sphere of agriculture continued.

The RA Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan answered the deputies’ questions.

The NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Davit Harutyunyan debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Criminal Code.”

The Committee endorsed the draft law to include it in the agenda of the June 10-13 four-day sittings.

By the decision of the committee the second reading of the package of the draft laws “On Amending the RA Law on the Structure of the RA Government” and “On Amending the RA Law on Public Service” will be organized within 72 hours after passing it in the first reading.

The NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs presided over Hakob Hakobyan debated the package of several draft laws.

The deputies also debated the package of the draft laws “On Amending the Accumulative Pensions,” “On Amending the Income Tax.”

The Committee endorsed the package of the draft laws to include them in the agendas of the third session and the June 10-13 four-day sittings.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan debated the agreement “On the Establishment of the International Anti-Corruption Academy as International Organization” signed in Vienna on September 2, 2010, which presented the Deputy Head of the Police adjunct to the RA Government Artur Osikyan.

The Chairman of the State Committee of the Water Economy of the RA Territorial Administration Ministry Andranik Andreasyan presented the financial treaty and the amendment N 1 letter-agreement signed on January 10, 2013 enclosed it.

The debated agreements were endorsed for debate and ratification.

The deputies endorsed the annual report of the execution of the RA State Budget for 2012.

The sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs presided by Gagik Minasyan was held, where the RA Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Hrant Beglaryan presented the loan agreement.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Liana Hunanyan presented the guaranteeing agreement.

The deputies also debated three agreements, which were endorsed to be submitted for debate and ratification.

The Committee with endorsement approved the annual report of the execution of the RA State Budget for 2012.

At the sitting Gagik Minasyan gave information about the procedure of the fulfillment of the programs being implemented by the support of the GIZ and the SANAP to the National Assembly of Armenia by the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.
