On February 17, the Vice President of the RA National Assembly, the Acting President of the RA National Assembly Hakob Arshakyan attended the opening of the Civic Center. The Center was established in cooperation with the RA Ministry of Justice and the HayPost CJSC.

At the opening of the center, Hakob Arshakyan gave a welcome speech. He congratulated the people from Vanadzor, the colleagues of the RA Ministry of Justice, the HayPost and the Government on the opening of the Center.

Hakob Arshakyan has noted that the opening of such centers is one of the pre-election promises of the Civil Contract Faction, aimed at changing the culture of communication between citizens and the state, which will make public services more convenient for citizens. This will increase the efficiency of the work of the Government and give citizens the opportunity to use the services of the state more comfortably from one center.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the sides in order to strengthen the cooperation between the RA Ministry of Justice and the HayPost Company.
