Ararat Mirzoyan Congratulates President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian on His Birthday
The RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan sent congratulatory message to the President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian on his birthday. “Dear Mr President, I cordially congratulate you on your birthday.
