At the opening of the regular sitting, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan informed his colleagues that the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has presented the No 15 Protocol on giving Vahagn Tevosyan’s mandate who was elected a NA deputy and early terminated the authorities to the next candidate, according to which, the mandate is given to the next regular candidate of the first part of the national electoral list of My Step Faction Emma Palyan. According to the constitutional law of the RA NA Rules of Procedure, the newly elected deputy has sworn in.
