On November 21, the Head of PACE European Conservatives Group Ian Liddell-Grainger accompanied by the RA NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan visited the Memorial Complex of the Armenian Genocide victims.
The European high-ranking guest laid flowers at the eternal fire and in silence and bowing honoured the memory of the Holy Martyrs.
The Head of PACE European Conservatives Group had been to the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, got acquainted with the documents and papers and left a note in the Memory Book of Honourable Guests.
