On November 8, the RA NA Standing Committees convened sittings.
At the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan in the first reading the draft law on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements authored by Tigran Urikhanyan was debated.
The RA Government was against the adoption of the submitted draft law.
As a result of debates, the bill was not endorsed by the Committee.
The legislative initiative on Amending the RA Law on Approving the Guidelines on the RA Armed Forces Inner Service submitted by the RA Deputy Minister Ara Nazaryan was debated in the first reading.
By Ara Nazaryan's presentation the deputies in the first reading also debated the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Approving the Guildelines on RA Armed Forces Garrison and Guard Services.
The debated two bills were endorsed by the Committee and will be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the NA Session and the upcoming four-day sittings.
The Committee summed up the preliminary debates of the RA draft law on the RA State Budget for 2017.
At the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan the package of the draft laws on Amending the RA Law on Social Insurance of the Military and Their Family Members and the on Amending the RA Law on Rescue Service, submitted by the RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan.
The Committee endorsed the legislative package, and it will be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the NA Session and the upcoming four-day sittings.
At the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan a convention, protocols and agreements were debated and were submitted with the endorsement of the Committee for the ratification of the parliament.
The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Armen Hayrapetyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments Emil Tarasyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Suren Krmoyan and the Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee adjunct to the RA Government Vakhtang Mirumyan touched upon the protocols and agreements.
