On March 29, the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs Koryun Nahapetyan met with the heads of Berkaber and Barekamavan communities of Tavush Marz.
During the visit of the Committee to Tavush Marz on March 19, an agreement was reached to meet in parliament and to discuss the problems of the borderline communities more thoroughly.
In the course of the meeting the Heads of the communities touched upon the issues of the treatment of the injured and the compensation of the incurred losses of the citizens who suffered from the enemy’s shelling.
Koryun Nahapetyan highlighted the direct contacts with the Heads of the borderline communities and underlined the necessity of strengthening of community-parliament-armed forces ties.
Defensive, social-economic, sub-structural and other issues were discussed with the Heads of Berkaber and Barekamavan communities.
