On September 29 within the framework of the NA “Open Doors” programme the pupils of the Career Planning and Development Centre of “Tsiatsan” (Rainbow) Leaders’ Educational Centre NGO of Kapan visited the parliament.
Before the meeting they took a tour in the building of the parliament and attended the NA Session Hall and observed the deputies’ work.
Welcoming the guests, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan thoroughly presented the RA administration system, the activities and authorities of the legislative body.
She also presented the procedure of the Constitutional reforms, touched upon in detail some provisions existing in the draft Constitutional Amendments and being widely debated among the public.
Hermine Naghdalyan highlighted the participation of educated and well-aware youth in the public and political life of the state. The NA Deputy Speaker urged the pupils to read much, study well, get self-educated and be a good specialist.
During the sincere talk the pupils addressed their questions to the NA Deputy Speaker.
