On June 20 the National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary session.

The NA deputies ended the debate of the credit agreement “Development Program (Special Functions) of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Support Section between the Republic of Armenia and Asian Development Bank” signed on January 25, 2013 interrupted at the previous sitting.

By the Chairman of the State Committee for Water Economy of the RA Ministry of the Territorial Administration Andranik Andreasyan, the National Assembly debated the loan agreement “Improvement Program of the Irrigation System” between the Republic of Armenia and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development signed on May 29, 2013.

The deputies also debated the financial agreement “Program of the Water Sphere” (Water Program of Armenia’s Small Communities) between the Republic of Armenia and European Investment Bank signed on August 7, 2012 and amendment N 1 letter-agreement signed on January 10, 2013 enclosed to it.

The RA Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Hrant Beglaryan presented the loan agreement “Improvement Program of the Road Network of Vital Importance” between the Republic of Armenia and European Investment Bank signed on February 11, 2013.

The NA deputies also debated in the second reading the package of bills proposing amendments “On Amending the RA Judicial Code” and “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty,” the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Accumulating Pensions,” and enclosed laws, the package of bills proposing amendments to the RA Law on Minimal Monthly Salary and enclosed laws, the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Allowances of Temporary Invalidity” and the bill “On Defining Tax and Customs Privileges towards the Works of Construction of the Section Passing Through the Territory of the Republic of Armenia of the Iran-Armenia 400kw Air Line.”

The National Assembly ratified the debated international treaties and completely adopted the debated bills.

The National Assembly ended the work of the extraordinary session.
