On December 7, within the framework of the Open Lesson programme, the National Assembly hosted the children from the marzes, border villages of Armenia, as well as the pupils and teachers of Heratsi Senior School of Yerevan State Medical University.
The guests observed from the box of the session hall the work of the NA sittings, visited the library and the museum.
The deputy of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Vagharshak Hakobyan met with the children from the marzes and border villages of Armenia.
The deputy presented the activity, the structure of the NA, as well as touched upon the Armenian-Russian relations. Vagharshak Hakobyan told the pupils about his dreams, particularly, giving carefree life to the retired people. In Vagharshak Hakobyan’s opinion, our country already goes through that path, and he is hopeful that during the past years all issues would be settled.
The guests were interested in the deputy’s biographical data, addressed questions to him about his wish of becoming deputy. Vagharshak Hakobyan presented the importance and the responsibility of the work of the legislative body.
He has urged the pupils to study well, as it is not ruled out that one day it is possible that they will become deputies. In this context he emphasized the generation change.
