On January 10, at the sitting moderated by Hakob Hakobyan the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs debated the legislative package on Transplantation Human Organs and (or) Tissues, on Making Amendments and Addenda the RA Laws On Human Blood and Donating of Its Components and Blood Transfusion Medical Aid and on Making Addenda in the RA Criminal Code. According to the key speaker the RA Deputy Minister of Health Care Sergey Khachatryan, the goal of the elaboration of the draft laws is to comply the provisions of the legal act regulating the sphere of the health care with the norms of the RA Constitution.

The voting of the revised versions of the draft laws was postponed up to two months by the decision of the Committee.
