On June 12 the parliament continued the work of the four-day sittings, passing in the first reading the bill “ On Providing Tax and Customs Privileges within the Framework of Dilijan International School.”

Then the NA deputies continued the debate of the annual report of the state budget execution for 2012 of the Republic of Armenia, which was interrupted on the previous day.

The Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs Koryun Nahapetyan made a co-report.

The NA deputies presented their viewpoints on the issue under debate.

Afterwards the RA Minister of Economy Vahram Avanesyan and the RA Minister of Economy Artem Asatryan delivered extraordinary speeches.

The NA factions also expressed their viewpoints on the report.

Rubik Hakobyan presented the negative viewpoint of the Heritage faction. The Head of the faction highlighted the provision of the rule of law for the development of the state.

The member of the Rule of Law faction Hovhannes Margaryan said that they would vote for the report.

Levon Zurabyan presented the negative viewpoint of the Armenian National Congress faction. According to the Head of the faction the expenditures mentioned in the report had not served for the submitted goals.

Introducing the viewpoint of the Prosperous Armenia faction Vahana Babayan noted that the faction would vote against the submitted executive sheet record.

Introducing the viewpoint of the RPA faction Khosrov Harutyunyan deemed useful the criticism of the opposition with respect to specifying the problems.

In his final speech the RA Prime Minister thanked the parliament for organizing concerned debates. The Head of the government gave clarifications on the viewpoints sounded in the speeches.

The parliament in the second reading debated the package of the RA draft laws “On Amending the RA Law on the Structure of the RA Government,” and “On Amending the RA Law on Public Service,” which presented the RA Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan.

At the last sitting of the day, in accordance with the law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” the deputies addressed questions to the members of the government.
