On May 15 at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Social Affairsmoderated by Hakob Hakobyan the draft law “On Amending the RA Law “On Temporary Disability Allowances” was debated in the first reading, which submitted the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan.
Then the deputies in the second reading debated the draft law “On Accumulative Pensions,” which presented the Deputy Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan.
The Committee endorsed the draft laws to be included in the agenda of the NA third session and the May 20-23 four-day sittings.
At the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Activity of Real Estate Property Assessment” and “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements,” which submitted by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre Ashot Musayan.
The Committee endorsed the bills to be included in agendas of the session and in the upcoming four-day sittings.
The Committee debated and endorsed the bills “On Amending the RA Law on State Statistics,” “On Amending the RA Law on Income Tax” and the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Tax Service,” “On Amending the RA Law on Customs Service.”
The NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport moderated by Artak Davtayn in the next sitting debated and endorsed two legislative packages submitted for debate in the second reading, which will be included in the draft agenda of the NA upcoming four-day sittings.
The RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan submitted for debate the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Licensing” and “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty.”
The RA Deputy Minister of Defense Ara Nazaryan submitted the legislative package “On Amending the RA Law on Higher Education and Post Graduate Specialized Education” and “On Amending the RA Law on Education.”
The Chairman of the National Commission on Television and Radio Gagik Buniatyan presented the report “On Activity of the National Commission on Television and Radio for 2012.”
The NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport envisages holding parliamentary hearings to discuss this issue, as well as other issues on air.
The Committee also debated the report of the Council of the Public Television and Radio Company “On Activity of the Public Television and Radio for 2012,” which submitted for the deputies’ evaluation the Council member Stepan Zakaryan.
