Dear compatriots,

I congratulate all of us on Constitution Day! Our republic goes forward through democratic path, overcoming many obstacles and facing unexpected hardships. We are persistent in building democratic country and we realize the difficulties of reaching it. A few years ago our country, among other fundamental principles laid out the civil solidarity and the commitment to universal values in the basis of the adoption of the Constitution.

Of course, in the implementation of a number of articles constitutionally recorded that there is a lot to do, and the work of all branches of power is directed to the implementation of reforms.

I once again congratulate everybody on Constitution Day of the Republic of Armenia! I wish that the Constitution will be really highlighted by our citizens, will become a table book, breaking the mindset, that it is only available for certain specialists. In this case, perhaps, we’ll more approach democracy to us, creating a society with civil high responsibility.
