On June 9, the parliament continued the work of the extraordinary sitting.
The deputies debated in the second reading and completely passed the RA Law on Corruption Prevention Commission authored by the RA NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan and the Government with the enclosed legislative package. The RA NA Deputy Speaker, the co-author of the legislative package touched upon the recommendations sounded during the first reading and highlighted the atmosphere of cooperation in the parliament. Arpine Hovhannisyan has underlined that an important amendment was made to the law on Prosecutor’s Office.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented for debate in the second reading in the first reading and completely passing the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Public Utility Regulatory Body.
Arman Sahakyan presented for debate in the second reading and completely passing the draft law on Amending the RA Law on State Property Privatization Programme for 2017-2020.
The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Vache Terteryan presented for debate in the second reading and completely passing the legislative package on Amending the RA Law on the RA Administrative-Territorial Division and on Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government. At the end of the sitting the parliament by voting in the second reading and completely passed all debated items.
Exhausting the agenda the parliament ended the work of the extraordinary sitting.
