On September 26, the first meeting of Board of Trustees of the Benevolent Foundation on the RA National Assembly’s support to the deceased servicemen’s family members and wounded servicemen was held. All of the 6 members of the Board – the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan, the RA NA Chief of Staff, Secretary General Hrayr Tovmasyan, the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs Koryun Nahapetyan, the MPs Vahram Baghdasaryan, Mikayel Manukyan and Tevan Poghosyan were participating in the meeting.   

The agenda items were the election of the President and Secretary of Board of Trustees. As a result of the voting Galust Sahakyan and Hrayr Tovmasyan were respectively elected President and Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

Fund-raising will begin from November 1, 2016.
