On May 12, the parliament continued the work of the extraordinary sitting by voting passing all the issues debated at the previous sitting.

Afterwards the draft law on Exempting Hrazdan-Cement CJSC from Penalties Incurred from Tax and Compulsory Social Payments was debated in the third reading. The RA Minister of Economy Artsvik Minasyan informed the MPs that recommendations were not presented.

The RA Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee adjunct to Government Vakhtang Mirumyan submitted for debate the package of the draft law on Amendments to the RA law on Taxes and the enclosed draft laws for passing in the third reading completely.

Then the draft law on Probation and the enclosed legislative package was considered in the second reading.

The RA Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan noted that numerous amendments were made based on the recommendations at the phase from the first to the second reading.

The voting of the debated bills will take place at the sitting of the NA upcoming four-day sittings.

Covering the agenda the National Assembly ended the work of the extraordinary sitting.
