On November 4 a number of agreements were debated at the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations Vache Terteryan presented the Articles 5, 6, paragraph 2 of the Article 7 and the paragraph 3 of the Article 10 of the European Charter (with attached statement) of Local Self-Government signed in Strasbourg on October 15, 1985.

The RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan submitted the Agreement on Cooperation in the Fields of Culture, Sport and Education signed between the RA Government and the Government of the Republic of Korea in Seoul on July 4, 2014.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Areg Galstyan presented the Financial Contract on Caucasian Electricity Transmission Network signed between the RA and the European Investment Bank on March 16, 2015.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vakhtang Mirumyan submitted the Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and Capital between the RA and the Republic of Slovakia signed in Bratislava on March 15, 2015.

The RA Deputy Minister of Healthcare Vahan Poghosyan presented the Framework Agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the Global Fund to Fight AIDs, Tuberculosis and Malaria signed on June 30, 2015 and on July 7, 2015.

The debated agreements with the endorsement of the Committee will be submitted for the ratification of the parliament.

The Committee debated and made a decision to hold parliamentary hearings in future.
